Vacancy available: we are hiring a slinger signaller in Orangeburg County, South Carolina. You will work at a container port. You should have: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles You will establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; read lift plans and method statements before starting; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle.
