Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Your main tasks: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns Part-time with flexible hours.
