Industrial sewing operator wanted in Florence County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Florence County, South Carolina. You should have: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens You will sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension.
