Join our team: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Warren County, Missouri. The role involves: • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle What we are looking for: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances 2+ years on the tools preferred.
