Great opportunity: we are hiring a press shop operator in Ottawa County, Kansas. The job is at an auto components factory. On a typical shift you will record output and downtime on the production sheet; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean. You should have: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg We offer $3,000 per month plus benefits.
