Stainless steel welder wanted in Spalding County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Spalding County, Georgia. You will be based in a food and dairy equipment factory. You should have: • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances On a typical shift you will strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; carry out 6G pipe welds where required.
