Production line helper — Kern County

Join our team: we are hiring a production line helper in Kern County, California. Day to day you will follow the work instruction sheet for each station; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards. Requirements: • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Careful handling of tools and components Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off.
