Powder coating operator wanted in Rusk County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Rusk County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a powder coating unit. Your main tasks: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Full-time with occasional weekends.
