Join our team: health and safety supervisor (California)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a health and safety supervisor in Sacramento County, California. You will work at a busy construction site. On a typical shift you will inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment. Requirements: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
