Powder coating line operator — Montgomery County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Montgomery County, Iowa. Day-to-day duties: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
