Backhoe loader operator • Nnewi South, Anambra State

Now hiring: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Nnewi South, Anambra State. The job is at a landfill site. The role involves: • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
