Join our team: we are hiring a marble cutter in Nottinghamshire, England. Your main tasks: • Measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting • Lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys • Seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets • Cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone • Willing to work at heights for facade cladding • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
