Car painter wanted in Howard County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a car painter in Howard County, Maryland. On the job you will handle: • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish Requirements: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
