Now hiring: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Vernon Parish, Louisiana. You will be based in a catering unit. On the job you will handle: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Full-time, day shift.
