Foundry labourer wanted in Washington County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a foundry labourer in Washington County, Alabama. On a typical shift you will melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal 1+ years on the tools preferred.
