GMAW welder — Reading

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Reading, England. Requirements: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • ITI in welder trade or equivalent On the job you will handle: • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing Full-time with occasional weekends.
