Ideal candidate: • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Physically fit and comfortable working at height Day to day you will hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean.
