Rebar fixer wanted in Portage County

Now hiring: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Portage County, Wisconsin. Day-to-day duties: • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing You should have: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
