On a typical shift you will replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates.
