Back-of-house cleaner — Morrison County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Morrison County, Minnesota. You will be based in a hospital canteen. You will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards 4+ years on the tools preferred.
