Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Day to day you will pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); upsell starters, desserts and beverages; check back during the meal and handle special requests; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place.
