Grill cook • Hart County, Kentucky

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a grill cook in Hart County, Kentucky. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Day-to-day duties: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare the mise en place before each service Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
