Vacancy available: we are hiring a sausage maker in Colquitt County, Georgia. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Day to day you will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone.
