Urgent requirement: oven operator (Mississippi)

Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Adams County, Mississippi. You will work at a cake shop. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate You will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls.
