Ideal candidate: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Good eye for colour matching and blending On a typical shift you will mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch.
