Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen cook in La Salle County, Texas. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. You will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 3+ years on the tools preferred.
