Quality control inspector • Columbia County, New York

We are recruiting: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Columbia County, New York. You will be based in an automotive parts factory. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols You will operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line.
