Split AC fitter • Hancock County, Illinois

We are recruiting: we are hiring a split AC fitter in Hancock County, Illinois. The role involves: • Clean filters, blower wheels and condenser coils during servicing • Recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit • Fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter • Braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks • Core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping You should have: • Own set of hand tools, gauges and flaring kit preferred • Physically fit to lift outdoor units and work in tight spaces • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence for site visits Part-time with flexible hours. $200 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
