Join our team: we are hiring an automotive refinish painter in Maverick County, Texas. You will work in a car refinishing workshop. Ideal candidate: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand The role involves: • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint Overtime paid at a premium rate.
