Great opportunity: fire and safety officer (Oklahoma)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Wagoner County, Oklahoma. You will work at a busy construction site. The role involves: • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment Ideal candidate: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot Part-time with flexible hours. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
