The role involves: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Part-time with flexible hours.
