Immediate opening: we are hiring a garden maintenance worker in Worcester County, Maryland. What we are looking for: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage Your main tasks: • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings Rotating shifts. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
