You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Punctual, reliable and hard-working The role involves load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies.
