Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Sanilac County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Sanilac County, Michigan. Day-to-day duties: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
