Urgent requirement: we are hiring a packing operative in Blackburn with Darwen, England. The job is at a busy packing line. Requirements: • Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights • Attention to detail for date codes and labelling • Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 kg On a typical shift you will wipe down and sanitise the line following hygiene rules; strap and band pallets ready for loading; weigh and portion products before bagging; seal cartons with a tape gun or hot-melt glue; apply labels, barcodes and batch codes to each pack; operate the filling and sealing machine on the line. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
