We are recruiting: renovation plasterer (Scotland)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a renovation plasterer in Perth and Kinross, Scotland. You will be based at a new-build housing development. The role involves: • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat Requirements: • CSCS card or willing to obtain one • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around £11 per hour, based on your experience. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
