HGV driver • Polk County, Georgia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a HGV driver in Polk County, Georgia. The role involves: • Top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays Requirements: • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips Rotating shifts.
