Great opportunity: catering cook (Enugu State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a catering cook in Nkanu West, Enugu State. You will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. We offer ₦160,000 per project plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
