Oven operator wanted in Shackelford County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Shackelford County, Texas. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. On the job you will handle: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Full-time, day shift.
