Now hiring: we are hiring a bike messenger in Clarke County, Georgia. You will work at an e-commerce last-mile depot. Requirements: • Ability to ride safely in heavy traffic and in monsoon rain • Clean riding record with no major traffic violations • Smartphone with a working data connection for the delivery app The role involves: • Wear a helmet and reflective jacket and follow road-safety rules • Collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift • Plan the fastest route using the delivery app and GPS navigation • Weave through heavy traffic while keeping to delivery time slots • Scan the barcode on every consignment before pick-up and after drop-off • Update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
