Crane rigger wanted in Pottawatomie County

Join our team: we are hiring a crane rigger in Pottawatomie County, Kansas. Day-to-day duties: • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight Requirements: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $4,400 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
