Now hiring: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Morris County, New Jersey. The job is on a busy residential building site. On a typical shift you will lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; assemble column and beam cages on the bench; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions. You should have: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing We offer $23 per hour plus benefits.
