Production line helper • Sioux County, Iowa

Immediate opening: we are hiring a production line helper in Sioux County, Iowa. The job is at a busy assembly plant. You will solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses; pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards. Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of tools and components • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts 1+ years on the tools preferred. $11,250 per project, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
