Urgent requirement: we are hiring an argon welder in Austin County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding Your main tasks: • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent We offer $4,000 per project plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
