Join our team: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Russell County, Kansas. On a typical shift you will maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch. What we are looking for: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding Meals and transport allowance provided.
