Domestic gas engineer — Fremont County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a domestic gas engineer in Fremont County, Colorado. The job is on residential and apartment building sites. On the job you will handle: • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $25 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
