Vacancy available: paint booth operator (Minnesota)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Pipestone County, Minnesota. The job is at a powder coating unit. The role involves degrease and clean metal parts before coating; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
