Join our team: we are hiring a powder coater in Boundary County, Idaho. You will be based at a powder coating unit. The role involves mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends.
