Join our team: we are hiring a production line operative in Rice County, Kansas. You will be based in a packaging and assembly workshop. The role involves snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses; top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor. What we are looking for: • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
