Visual inspection operator • Cerro Gordo County, Iowa

We are recruiting: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Cerro Gordo County, Iowa. You will work on a garment production line. Day to day you will measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans. Requirements: • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
